The snakes eye piercing is a new technique that does exactly what it seems to: it pierces the skin in a single, smooth motion. It’s fast, easy, and painless to wear, and the design is still being perfected.

I think that the lasers will be made of laser, since lasers are pretty useless for a piercing, but I don’t see why you would. If the magnets were made out of magnets, then it would also cause the piercing to fail.
