Here, at one of our most popular blog posts, I talk about the three levels of self-awareness. These are the ways that people’s thoughts and actions are both conscious and unconscious.

The only way to find out what one is aware of is to ask for it. So if you’re still in the middle of an argument with your best friend, you don’t have to waste a lot of time thinking about it, you just need to know. Once you’ve found out what you’re aware of, it’s time to make a conscious effort to act on it.

That’s why we have to have a conscious mind in order to control or stop our habitual thoughts. But there are times when we don’t want to control our thoughts so we just let them control us. That’s why we need to have a conscious mind.

What makes you think we need a conscious mind to control our thoughts? It would be like if we all just let our thoughts control us. But we need to create a conscious mind to control our thoughts. When you are asleep, you are still asleep, and when you are awake, you are still awake. And when you are asleep, you have a conscious mind, and when you are awake, you dont.
